Cancellation & Modification Policy

If you change your mind about your purchase, please send us an email to support@sneakeraz.com and provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.

Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 24 hours of placing the order. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or modified.

Please be informed that:

• The refund fee: 
  • With Stripe payments: free refund, but because Stripe doesn’t refund the transaction fee, then you have to responsible to the fee for the transaction (about $10 per transaction, this fee is charged by your bank) – Reference the refund fee: https://support.stripe.com/questions/understanding-fees-for-refunded-payments
  • How long the refund will arrive in your bank account with Stripe: about 7-10 days depending on your bank – https://support.stripe.com/questions/customer-refund-processing-time
  • With Paypal payments: the refund fee is 3% – and your fund will be available in your balance within some minutes later.
