1. Placing Orders

1.1. How do I place an order?
To order online, please:

    1. Visit sneakeraz.com.
    2. Choose the product you want, select options (size, color, etc.), and quantity.
    3. Click “Buy Now”.
    4. Review your shopping cart. (You can delete an item by clicking the delete button below it.)
    5. Click “Continue to Checkout”.
    6. Complete the payment process, then confirm your order with the “Order Complete” button.

👉 Once successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

1.2. Why can’t I place an order?

  • Try refreshing/reloading the site or using another browser.
  • Double-check all required selections (size, color, etc.) before checkout.
  • If the problem persists, contact our Customer Service Team at support@sneakeraz.com.

1.3. I can’t find the product I need.

2. Payment

  • We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal’s secure gateway.
  • Your card will be charged immediately after a successful order.
  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • We use SSL encryption to protect your information. Your card details are never stored on our servers.

3. Modifying & Canceling Orders

  • You can request modifications or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.
  • To do so, email us at support@sneakeraz.com with your order number and request.
  • After 24 hours, if your order is already processing, cancellation may incur a 25% fee to cover materials.
  • Once your order has shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Changing Shipping Address:

  • Allowed within 24 hours of order placement.
  • Use subject line: “Changing Address of Order #MD…” and provide the correct address.
  • Orders that have shipped cannot have their address changed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1. Processing & Tracking

  • Orders take 5–7 business days for production and packaging.
  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

4.2. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (USA): 12–17 business days after processing.
  • International: 20–27 business days after processing.
  • Shoes may require signature on delivery due to higher value.
  • Tees and shorts are lightweight and usually ship at lower cost.

4.3. Why can’t I track my order?

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for the tracking link.
  • If the tracking site hasn’t updated within the estimated timeframe, contact us at support@sneakeraz.com.

4.4. What if I haven’t received my order but tracking says “delivered”?

  • Double-check your address and mailbox.
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
  • If still unresolved, email us at support@sneakeraz.com.

4.5. Undeliverable Orders

  • If your shipping address was incorrect, we cannot reship and only offer a 50% refund or 50% discount coupon for reordering.
  • If the address was correct but the package was returned, we will reship for free.

5. Our Guarantee

  • All products are inspected for quality before shipping.
  • If you receive a defective, misprinted, damaged, or incorrect item, please send photos/videos + order number to support@sneakeraz.com.
  • After verification, we will arrange a reshipment or refund free of charge.

6. Risk-Free Shipping

  • If your order does not arrive within 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Missing orders are investigated within 3–5 business days, after which we will reship or refund.
