Try your purchase on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you are unhappy with the product for any reason.

You have 30 days from receiving your order to:

  • Please return ALL items in the condition you received them. Make sure items are free of lint, hair and are returned fooled with original bags and tags. If your return is received without the original packaging or in any condition other than brand new you may be subject to a cleaning fee ($10) or denied return.

* Domestic orders over $150 are provided a free return label with the order. All other returns including International orders can be returned at the financial responsibility of the customer.

Any returned items that do not meet these guidelines will be rejected and shipped back to the customer.

Returns received more than 30 days after the original purchase date will be rejected and returned to the customer.

Please note that refunds can take up to 5 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Once your return is received and processed you will receive a Reimbursement Notification email with an amount refunded.

Final Sale items are not eligible for returns. These Items will be labeled (Final Sale) in the title of the product.

International Returns

Return Instructions for International Orders

International orders can be returned at the financial responsibility of the customer. Items should be marked “Returns of no commercial value” for entry to the USA. It is recommended that packages are shipped insured and with a signature required as the package is the responsibility of the customer until it reaches our returns department.

Please be sure all items being sent back to SNEAKERAZ are new, unworn, and with tags attached to the original packaging.

Credit will not be issued on any shipping or duty fees incurred for either the outgoing shipment or the incoming shipment. This is the financial responsibility of the customer.

International Orders

International exchanges are not permitted. Please place a new order through the site for the alternative size/color that you require and send the original item back to us for a refund. We are unable to reserve items. Please contact Customer Services with any questions.

Returns FAQs

How do I return an item?

To send an order back to us for a refund you can use any desired method courier such as the U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, UPS etc. Please send the item back to our returns department undamaged/unworn in the original packaging with all tags still attached, if an item is not returned in the same condition as it is received, i.e. damaged/worn, without the original packaging or tags etc, then a refund will be rejected. Please make sure your return includes your original order number (TGUS) to be sure we return the right item at the correct cost.

Do I have to pay to return an item?

You will need to pay for the return of an item unless shipped within the U.S. All domestic orders over $150 dollars are free to return and will have a pre-paid FedEx return label included. All orders under $150 must be returned at the recipients’ cost.

How do I arrange the FedEx return?

Please follow the instruction on the back of your invoice. Please use the return label provided with your order (>$150), and attach to the outside of a securely sealed parcel and drop it off at your local FedEx office.

Will I be refunded for the full value of the item returned?

Provided items are returned to the specification of how to return an item, i.e unworn/undamaged, then a full refund will be credited to the account used for purchase. Items need to be returned within 30 business days of purchase for a refund of full credit to the original payment method.

How long do I have to return an unwanted item?

You have up to 30 business days after the delivery of your purchase to return the item for a refund.

Need a different size?

While SNEAKERAZ USA no longer provides exchanges for previously purchased items, customers are encouraged to return the purchased items within 30 days of purchase and make a new purchase for the proper size.

Cancel order

You can only cancel your order within 24 hours from purchasing time of the same day. Please be informed that a management, processing, and transaction fee (1.5% of your total order value) will be applied for the cancellation. Full refund only applies to switching orders.

Once you place new orders, our system will automatically cancel old orders and refund 100%.
